Your First Driving Lesson
At the start of your first driving lesson with Freedom to Drive, I will collect you from a desired location (home/work) and drive you to a suitable area.
The first thing I will do is test your eyesight and then cover the key safety aspects of driving.
If you have had some previous experience driving a car, then the next thing I would do is assess your ability and advise you on what I can do to help you improve and prepare you to pass your driving test.
If you are a complete beginner, I will first explain the basic controls of the car, and then we will look at some moving off and stopping. Your progress during this stage generally determines what else we may achieve throughout your first lesson. Usually, we will aim to tackle some basic turning left and right. My ultimate aim is to get you driving as soon as possible.
At the end of your lesson, we will discuss your progress, areas we intend to improve upon, and our aims and objectives for your next lesson. We would then discuss your next lesson, and I would explain the various prices/packages available and determine the most suitable for your needs.

The Theory Test
The Theory test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions of which 43 must be answered correctly to achieve a pass.
The Practical Test
The practical test is approximately
40 minutes in length.
